Delegates attend many events
I always enjoyed the Korean Festival and attended every year until it outgrew the Howard County Fairgrounds.
The Korean community is very active in Howard County and I appreciated the opportunity to express my strong support for everything they do for the community.
The Governor invited the Womens Caucus to lunch in the Governor's House each year until COVID.
"Red Scarf Day" in Annapolis
Our Howard County Fire Department give legislators real-life training
Press conferences were important events. In this one, we are standing up for access to Maternity Care.
Enjoying the Volunteer Firefighters Annual Awards Banquet
Delegates Mark Chang, Reid Novotny, and I wear "Koreatown" hard hats as we help to celebrate naming the retail area and placing the attractive Koreatown memorial.
Visiting and learning about the needs of the Howard County "Gentle Giants" horse farm, with Councilman, David Yungmann
I love hosting parties at my farm, especially in summer.  Note that I have invoted both Republican and Democrat groups.Innocent

This one is for the Republican Caucus.
This one is for the Womens Caucus Retreat.
This one is for the Judiciary Committee.
During the Womens Caucus Retreat, we posed the group on my front porch.
Bowling with lobbyists . . . sometimes we had fun!
Even the Speaker of the House likes to celebrate the Ravens!
Every one of the eight years I served as a Delegate, I attended the Merriweather Post Pavillion graduation ceremonies of the students in my District.
Speaking on Lawyers Mall was always fun -- especially for ABATE, the largest organization defending the rights of motorcyclists in Maryland (by the way, I just learned what "ABATE" stands for: its "A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments.")
Mickey Day, may he rest in peace, was the heart and soul of the agriculture community in Howard County. Gail Bates and I enjoy this Farm bureau luncheon with Mickey.
